Delivery Calendar

Getting started

What Delivery Calendar does and how it works.

Delivery Calendar lets your customers choose a delivery or pickup date before they check out. You decide which days are available, how many orders you can handle per day, cutoff times, time slots, and product-specific rules — all from the AppsTint app inside your Shopify admin.

What you get

  • A date picker on the cart page so customers choose their delivery date
  • A checkout gate that stops customers from checking out until they pick a required date — including from the cart drawer and the "added to cart" popup
  • Multiple calendars — run separate schedules for different product groups (for example, fresh vs frozen)
  • Daily and time-slot limits so you never take more orders than you can fulfil
  • The chosen date saved on every order in your Shopify admin, ready for Shopify Flow, filters, and exports
  • An Orders calendar inside the app to see which orders are booked for each date

How it works

  1. A customer adds products to their cart and opens the cart page.
  2. The date picker shows the days you've made available.
  3. The customer selects a delivery date (and a time slot, if you offer them).
  4. The date travels with the order through checkout.
  5. After the order is placed, the chosen date is saved on the order in your Shopify admin.

Before you begin

You'll need:

  • The AppsTint app installed on your Shopify store
  • A theme that supports app blocks (any current Shopify theme, such as Dawn or Horizon)
  • Access to Online Store → Themes → Customize so you can add the date picker and turn on the checkout gate
