Shipping Labels common questions.
Which carriers are supported?
FedEx and UPS with your own merchant accounts. More carriers may be added in future releases.
Does AppsTint mark up postage?
No. Labels bill your carrier account at carrier rates. Savings analytics compare quoted services — not AppsTint fees.
Can I print labels without Document Printer?
Yes. Activate Shipping Labels only — the Print documents dialog still appears with rate shopping. Add Document Printer to print packing slips in the same job.
Why are there no rates for an order?
- Order missing shipping address (digital-only or pickup)
- Ship-from address incomplete in settings
- Carrier credentials expired — reconnect on Carriers tab
- Shipping Labels app deactivated on Apps grid
International shipping?
FedEx and UPS international services are included when your carrier account supports them and the order has a valid international address.
What happens when I deactivate Shipping Labels?
Rate quotes and label purchase stop. The Print menu may still show documents if Document Printer is active. Label history remains under the Labels tab when you re-activate.
