Common Document Printer questions.
Can I migrate from Shopify Order Printer?
Yes. The default Invoice template follows Shopify Order Printer Liquid conventions. Export your old template HTML and paste it into a new custom document.
Can I print multiple orders at once?
Not from the portal list. Open each order and use Print documents. Bulk printing may be added in a future release.
Do customers see these documents?
Only if you email or include them in the shipment. Printing is a merchant admin action — nothing is added to the storefront.
What happens when I deactivate Document Printer?
The Print documents action disappears. Templates remain saved.
