Shipping Labels
Buy labels from orders
Rate shop and purchase labels from the order Print menu.
Open the print action
- Open an order in Shopify admin → Orders.
- Ensure the order has a shipping address.
- Click Print → Print documents (AppsTint).
If Document Printer is active, you will also see document templates in the same dialog.
Rate quotes
When Shipping Labels is active and setup is complete:
- AppsTint loads live FedEx and UPS rates for the order's ship-to address.
- Each service shows price, transit time, and carrier.
- The recommended rate is highlighted based on your selection policy.
Use Open an order from the Shipping Labels setup checklist to jump to your orders list.
Adjust weight and package
Before buying:
- Override total weight if line items lack weights
- Choose package type when the carrier supports multiple types
Defaults from Settings apply when you leave these blank.
Buy the label
- Select the rate you want (or accept the recommendation).
- Click Buy label.
- Postage is charged to your carrier account.
- The label appears in the print preview — print with packing slip in one job.
If Auto-fulfill is on, Shopify fulfillment is created with tracking automatically.
Void and rebuy
Made a mistake?
- Go to AppsTint → Shipping Labels → Labels.
- Find the label and click Void.
- Return to the order Print documents dialog to buy a new label.
Troubleshooting
