Shipping Labels
Carriers and settings
Ship-from address, rate policies, package defaults, and fulfillment options.
Carriers tab
Manage connected carriers:
- Activate / deactivate a carrier without deleting credentials
- Edit credentials — secrets are retained if you leave password fields blank
- Remove a carrier you no longer use
Supported carriers: FedEx and UPS (domestic and international services).
Settings tab
Ship-from address
Required for accurate rates and label purchase. Use your warehouse or store dispatch address.
Selection policy
How AppsTint picks the recommended rate from quotes:

|---|---|
| Cheapest | Lowest price regardless of speed |
| Cheapest within deadline | Cheapest that meets a delivery deadline (when available) |
| Best value | Balance of price and transit time |
Package defaults
Used when the order has no weight or dimensions:
- Default weight (grams)
- Default length × width × height (inches)
You can override weight and package type per order in the Print dialog.
Label format
- Image — combined into the print job with documents
- Other formats as configured in the app
After purchase
| Option | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Auto-fulfill | Create Shopify fulfillment with tracking when label is bought |
| Notify customer | Send shipping confirmation email with tracking |
Labels tab
View all purchased labels:
- Search by order name
- Filter by status (active / voided) or carrier
- Void — cancel postage with carrier (refund to your carrier account)
- Download — reprint label image
Analytics
The overview shows:
- All-time and 30-day savings vs highest quoted rate
- Weekly chart of label spend
- By carrier breakdown
- Recent labels list
